Five stars for great, quick and accurate service. Bottom line: I would call again.
I had a slow leak in my cold water faucet in my kitchen sink. I closed that faucet and left it at that for months. One day, I decided to be a DIY Pro and fix it (e.g., replace the supply line and the connection on the wall). One thing led to another and I made matters worse. Not an emergency but I learned of All Pro through a coworker.
I was quickly able to make an appointment for a plumber to stop by the next day for an estimate. He was in and out in about five minutes and gave me some homework of stuff to buy. I even sent All Pro some pictures of the parts. The next day, Von (the plumber) was back and he was able to repair the damage and install a new kitchen sink fixture for me.
In short, it was an enormously positive experience and I’m glad that I asked around before I just cold-called a plumber. The fee was very fair. Remember: you’re paying for experience. You can probably get someone to do the work for free but — like me — they won’t know what to do, or have the right parts or the know-how to answer questions.
Like I said above, I’ll definitely call again once I bust another part.

I’ve had All Pro not only come in to fix the shoddy work that another “big name” plumbing Co. did on a water heater installation, but they’ve also cleared clogs and provided estimates on minor remodel work that came in %15 below the other guys. They know what they’re doing and don’t drag their feet, so they’re able to get in and out while doing it right the first time. I’d never trust my home to any other Co. again. Von came out and knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. Dale worked his tail off. It turns out Dale is one of those rare guys with multiple skill sets . Their price for the work was the right amount considering the challenges of the job. I just called them for another smaller job and the work was top notch. I don’t care how a plumber dresses, I want a fair price and a job done right.

My wife called them and they came out within the hour. Brian was super friendly and professional. He was able to successfully fix my clogged drain immediately. I would highly recommend them again.
